VINSocial is a combination of tools built with the purpose of bettering your online reputation. This includes posting to Facebook and Youtube, and viewing and replying to reviews from your customers on various review sites around the internet.

Write out your Facebook posts beforehand and schedule them to post automatically later so you don’t miss an opportunity to promote sales events, or use our research center to get a good quote from trusted car review sites to attach to a post highlighting your cars. VINSocial will also create custom made YouTube videos from your car’s information, and have keywords and tags that prioritize your video in searches. VINSocial also creates profile pages for all of your staff, complete with reviews about that staff member. When logged in, they can also see where they measure up to the rest of their team and compete for the best rating.

Surveys show that the average person is more likely to leave a negative review than a positive one, so we’ve developed a way to encourage more good reviews and make it easier to respond to bad ones, increasing the overall reputation of your dealership. This happens before your manufacturer survey, so any problems you resolve will turn a complaint into a resolved issue and improve your dealership’s CSI.
